These terms explain the basic conditions for using the SCANDINAF website and placing orders for outdoor bathing products.
Orders and product information
Product availability, configurations, images, specifications, and prices may change. An order is confirmed when checkout is completed and the order confirmation is issued.
Payment
Current checkout payment methods are credit/debit card, Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported, and Cash App Pay through Square. Custom commercial payment coordination may be discussed before placing an order.
Delivery
Large products ship as freight or oversized goods. Delivery timing is estimated and depends on carrier scheduling, access, and product preparation. Customers are responsible for site readiness and safe placement arrangements.
Warranty and support
Warranty review covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal installation, operation, and maintenance conditions. Claims require order details, photos, and a description of the issue.
Limitation of liability
SCANDINAF is not responsible for indirect, incidental, site-preparation, contractor, weather, access, or misuse-related costs unless required by applicable law.
