The SCANDINAF Comfort 190 ECO is a wood-fired stainless steel hot tub for 4-6 people, created for comfortable outdoor bathing and slow steam rituals throughout the year.
The multi-faceted shell is made from stainless steel with 2 mm and 3 mm sections, giving the tub a strong structural reserve for water load, outdoor temperature changes, and repeated heating cycles. The seams are laser-welded and passivated to support corrosion resistance, and the satin-finished surface gives the steel a refined look while reducing visible wear from everyday use.
The ECO stove configuration keeps the system simpler: it uses a stainless steel wood-fired heater without a water-jacket system, with a drain valve at the base and a protected chimney connection behind the stove. The sandwich chimney separates the hot pipe from accidental contact, while the stainless chimney body, weather deflector, and spark arrestor help protect the surrounding area from heat, sparks, ash, and precipitation.
The rim board, seats, and ladder are made from thermowood, chosen for constant moisture exposure, dimensional stability, and a natural warm feel. The support frame uses 2 mm profile steel tubing with a safety margin for the filled tub and bathers.
